What is PostPilot?
PostPilot is an AI-powered social media management platform designed for e-commerce brands. It analyzes your website, generates platform-specific content, and schedules posts across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads.
How does PostPilot generate content?
PostPilot uses advanced AI to crawl and analyze your e-commerce website — understanding your brand voice, products, target audience, and visual identity. It then creates unique, platform-optimized posts complete with captions, hashtags, and matched product images.
Which social media platforms are supported?
We currently support Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads. TikTok and Reddit support are coming soon.
Do I need to connect my social media accounts?
Yes, to publish content directly to your platforms, you need to connect your social media accounts via OAuth. This is a secure process — we never see your passwords. You can disconnect accounts at any time from Settings.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 5 AI generations per month, 2 platforms (X and LinkedIn), and draft mode. Upgrade to Starter, Pro, or Business for more features including direct publishing and all platforms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
How does the AI image selection work?
Our AI analyzes all images on your website using computer vision, scoring each image on quality, composition, and social media suitability. It automatically selects the best lifestyle and product-in-context images for each post, filtering out low-quality or plain-background shots.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, secure OAuth token storage, and industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your credit card information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I edit the generated content before publishing?
Yes, all generated content appears as drafts that you can review, edit, and approve before publishing. You have full control over what gets posted.
What happens if I reach my plan limit?
When you reach your monthly generation or feature limit, you will see a friendly upgrade prompt. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Pricing page to unlock more generations and features.
